After graduating from Tooele High School in 2003 Dustin went on to get an associates degree from Salt Lake Community College. He was employed in Dugway by Jacobs Engineering.
Dustin was a man who felt that he needed to be the protector of the weak and needed to save the world no matter the personal cost. Dustin was always willing to help anyone without asking what was in it for him. He always put others first.
Dustin loved the outdoors and would spend any chance he could outside whether it was camping, 4-wheeling, or simply being with his friends or family. He was very gifted in the areas of math, computers and was a natural at being able to repair cars.
Dustin was preceded in death by his aunt Jill Kasper. He is survived by his mother Lori, father Curtis and step-mother Cathy, his brother Cody (Tiffany), sister Meagan, half-sister Jessica; nephew Garrett; grandparents, Wayne and Dorothy Hanson, Richard and Diane Allen, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and more friends than we can count.
A viewing will be held to honor Dustin at Tate Mortuary on Tuesday, Aug. 19 from 6-8 p.m. The services for Dustin will be held on Wednesday, August 20 at 11 a.m. with a viewing one hour prior starting at 10 a.m. We love and miss you Ogre.

I only had a chance to work with you for about 7-months at Dugway, But I think I got a small glimpse of What Dustin Allen enjoyed doing in life.
You were always working on a new idea or an invention, or something you wanted to conquer the world with.
Thank You for being my Friend, We had some laughs, We learned abit along the way, but it was always Fun. You were always full of excitement and anticipation for the next adventure.
