Our beloved mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, niece, aunt, and friend, Susan P. (Penny) Scott (Lowder) passed away suddenly January 20, 2010. She was born August 17, 1943 in Tooele to Clarence DePriest (Buck) Lowder and Dorothy Orr Lowder. She was the first of five children. She was always happy and a bright spot in the lives of those who knew her. She enjoyed collecting teddy bears, gardening, and dinners with the family. She is survived by four children from her first marriage to Freddy Lloyd Wilson of Lawton, Okla.; Jeff Wilson of Jacksonville, Fla.; Shauna Jones (Wilson) of Indiahoma, Okla.; Kathy Abney of Heavener, Okla.; Brian Wilson of Indiahoma, Okla. She had 11 grandchildren, four great grandchildren. She is also survived by her mother Dorothy Lowder, two brothers and two sisters: Darryl Lowder of Tooele; Claudia Lowder of Grantsville; Chris Lowder of Grantsville; and Melinda Lowder who is currently teaching school at Osan AB, Republic of Korea; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Clarence (Buck) Lowder and her husband Michael Scott of Minot, N.D. Interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Gardens in Lawton, Okla. She will be remembered always and greatly missed by all who knew her.
