Jubal Troupe Ritter, 50, passed away suddenly at his home in American Falls, Idaho, on May 22, 2010.

Jubal was born in San Francisco, Calif., on June 6, 1959. He was the third child of Arthur Eugene Ritter and Jeannine Baxter Anderson. He attended elementary schools in Idaho and secondary in Utah. Jubal lived in Pocatello, Idaho; Arco, Idaho; Mackay, Idaho; Tooele; West Jordan, Utah; and in American Falls, Idaho.

Jubal married Susie Sharp and had one child, Tiffany, and later divorced. He married Lisa Almond; no children, later divorced.

He was a member of the Operator Engineers and local labor unions. He worked as a heavy equipment operator at Kennecott Mine in Utah, and as a laborer at the INEL site in Idaho.

Jubal loved to collect miniature motorcycles and cars. He looked forward to family outings and camping with friends, and loved being with people.

He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany (Andrew) Ence; two grandsons, William and Matthew of Stansbury Park, Utah; father, Rawleigh Anderson of Pocatello, Idaho; Linda Moncur, sister, of Rupert, Idaho; Debby (Steve) Szymanski sister, of Pocatello, Idaho; Leslie (Julie) Anderson brother, of Kearns, Utah; Lanet Ritter (Jerry) Weaver, sister, of West Jordan, Utah; Dean Anderson, brother, of Astoria, Ore.; Clayton (Effie) Anderson, brother, of Santa Rosa, Calif.; Justin (Cam Sinclair) Ritter, brother, of Santa Monica, Calif.; Kenneth (Veronica) Anderson, brother, of Pocatello, Idaho; Jason (Brande) Ritter, brother, of West Jordan, Utah. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jeannine Baxter Anderson, and both sets of grandparents.

There will be a remembrance service at 383 Wrangler Way in Grantsville (Anderson Ranch) Saturday between 2 and 4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers donations are accepted for burial expenses.

Very sorry to hear of Jubals death. I knew him through his membership at the Fraternal Order of Eagles here in Tooele. Sorry for your loss.
