Police in West Wendover are investigating the death of 22-year-old Carlos Garcia, of Orem, after he was found dead at the Stateline-Wendover Nugget Casino on Sunday.
According to a statement from the West Wendover Police Department, officers found Garcia after responding to a medical call at the casino.
Garcia had reportedly been in an altercation with two other individuals who had left the casino prior to the officers arrival.
Garcia's body was sent to the Washoe County crime lab in Reno for an autopsy. The police are continuing their investigation.
